Practical AI Workflow Starter Kit

Use it on one task. Keep only what you would sign. The page is the kit — there is no locked file and no waiting room.

  1. 01

    Frame

Write the job in one sentence before you open a model. Name the audience, the constraints, and what a bad answer would do.

Could someone else run this task from the sentence alone?

  2. 02

    Draft

Ask for a first pass you expect to mark up. Give the shape of the output: a list, a paragraph, a comparison. Ask it not to invent sources, numbers, or consensus.

Is this obviously a draft, or has the fluency talked you into shipping it?

  3. 03

    Interrogate

Ask what was assumed, what a careful reviewer would flag, and what the draft did not solve. Then decide which of those notes are real. The model does not get the last word.

Did you change anything a fluent reader would have missed?

  4. 04

    Keep

Save one artifact in your own words: a sentence, a checklist, or a prompt that has survived a second task. Delete the rest.

Would you still want this note next month?

The prompt shape

Copy it. Fill the blanks. If you cannot fill “do not,” you are not ready to ask.
