The page should be usable without a performance.
Target: WCAG 2.2 AA. One heading order, visible focus, labels on fields, and text that does not depend on color alone. Reduced motion is respected.
Pages use semantic headings, a skip link, and a keyboard-reachable menu. Forms name their fields, explain errors in text, and require an explicit consent control. The DeepAIOS logo keeps its supplied contrast and is not recolored.
This is a working standard, not a certificate. If a page blocks you — with a screen reader, zoom, or keyboard — send the URL and what you expected through the contact form. I treat that as a defect, not a preference.
