A DeepProgrammer initiative
Practical AI systems for better work.
DeepAIOS is where workflows, resources, and workshops will live. It is early. The useful thing today is a free starter kit and a place to say what is hard about the work.
- What it is
- A calm practice for using AI inside real engineering work, written and tested in public on DeepProgrammer.
- Who it is for
- People who build products, lead technical teams, or want a workflow they can repeat on a Wednesday.
Three tracks. Only one is in your hands.
- 01
Workflows
Repeatable ways to use AI inside real work. The starter kit is the first one, and it is a practice, not software.
- 02
Resources
Short, free tools you can use the same day. Checklists and notes before any paid thing exists.
- 03
Workshops
Live sessions for technical teams, discussed and scoped first. Nothing here is on a calendar until we agree it should be.
Currently exploring
Unlaunched on purpose.
- 01
A shared review habit
How a team marks up an AI draft the way they mark up a pull request. Not built. I want to hear the awkward part of the current habit.
- 02
A workshop people can finish
One session, one workflow, one artifact they keep. I will not announce dates until the shape survives a real room.
- 03
Small tools, later
If a checklist keeps getting rebuilt by hand, it might become a small tool. That is a later question. It is not a launch.
Interest
Tell me the workflow that actually snags.
Role, and the hardest repeated task. I use this to decide what to write, what to teach, and what not to build. It is not a waiting list for software that already exists.
Connected notes
- AI interfaces need a point of viewA chat transcript is not a product. The screen has to show uncertainty, missing sources, and a way for a person to take the work back.
- A practical AI workflow for a normal workdayA workflow is useful when you can repeat it on a Wednesday. Four moves — frame, draft, interrogate, keep — and a prompt shape that survives a second use.

Questions worth answering plainly
+Is DeepAIOS a separate company or product?
No. DeepAIOS is a DeepProgrammer initiative. It is not a separate website, and it is not a launched software platform. It is the name for practical workflows, resources, and workshops growing out of this work.
+Can I buy something today?
Not yet. You can use the free starter kit, read the notes, and join the interest list. I would rather say that plainly than imply a catalog.
+Who is it for?
People who build software, lead technical work, or want a calmer way to use AI on the job they already have. The modern engineering leader is the person I write toward: someone who codes with AI, leads with care, and wants systems that hold.
+How are DeepProgrammer, DeepAIOS, and Deepak related?
Deepak Kumar writes and edits this site. DeepProgrammer is the public notebook. DeepAIOS is the initiative inside it. One person, one site, a clear name for the work that may become an offer.
DeepAIOS is a DeepProgrammer initiative.
